Retail Sales
Returns or replacements are handled directly by retailers — MyHub does not control product-level decisions.
Ride/Logistics
Completed rides or delivery jobs cannot be refunded unless payment processing failure is verified.
Subscriptions
Digital subscriptions are non-returnable. Refunds only apply if activation failed or a system fault is confirmed.
