MyHub is a digital connectivity platform not an aggregator marketplace. Retailers, drivers, and customers transact directly with each other.

Account Responsibility

Users must provide accurate details during registration & verification. Misuse, impersonation, or illegal activity can result in suspension/termination.

Payments

• Retail and ride payments happen directly via UPI or approved gateways.
• MyHub does not interfere with pricing set by retailers or drivers.
• Any dispute related to products/services must be resolved between the parties.

Subscriptions

• Some services may require paid plans.
• Pricing can change with notice.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless a system failure is proven.

Usage Rules

You agree not to misuse the platform for fraud, harassment, or illegal content. Violations may lead to immediate account action.

Jurisdiction

All disputes fall under applicable Indian law and courts.
